Property & Construction
Property & construction build
Contractors and developers with strong reputations offline and almost no presence in the places buyers now look.
Example project. This page shows how we approach this kind of website and what we would build. It is not a completed client engagement, and the screenshots are design examples rather than a live site. Named client projects, approved screenshots and verified figures are published here as they are signed off.

Challenge
The business is credible in person and invisible online. The site was built years ago, shows a handful of low-resolution photographs and says nothing about scale, accreditation or the kind of project the company actually wants. Enquiries arrive from people who are the wrong fit.
Project goals
- Attract enquiries for the higher-value work the business wants more of
- Evidence capability, accreditation and scale without burying the detail
- Be findable for the services and sectors buyers and specifiers search for
- Capture enough detail in an enquiry to quote without a chase call
Intended outcome
- Enquiries arrive with the information the team needs to price the job.
- Each service and sector has its own page to be found and referenced by.
- The website now matches the standard of the work in person.
Measured results
Figures are published only where they have been measured and the client has approved them. We would rather show none than publish a number we cannot stand behind.

05 — Our approach
Decide which work the business wants more of, then build the whole journey around it: the sectors it serves, the projects it shows, how capability is evidenced, and the search terms buyers and specifiers actually use.
Design decisions
- Project photography leads every page, at a size that shows the work properly
- Sector pages written for someone comparing three firms, not for the company org chart
- Accreditation and specification detail placed where a specifier looks for it
- An enquiry path on every page rather than a single form at the end of the site
Development
- A structured project library so new work becomes new indexable pages
- Compressed, correctly sized imagery with no layout shift
- Enquiry forms that collect project type, location and timescale
- Analytics and enquiry tracking configured at launch
SEO and marketing work
- Local and sector SEO across the pages that describe the work
- Page titles, headings and URLs aligned to how buyers search
- Paid campaigns targeted at the services with the best margin
06 — Before / after
What actually changed.
Before
One generic services page covering everything the company does.
After
Dedicated pages per service and sector, each with its own project evidence.
Before
An enquiry form at the bottom of a contact page.
After
A clear enquiry path on every page, capturing what the team needs to quote.
