Professional Services
Professional services redesign
Firms whose expertise is obvious in a meeting and completely flat on the page.
Example project. This page shows how we approach this kind of website and what we would build. It is not a completed client engagement, and the screenshots are design examples rather than a live site. Named client projects, approved screenshots and verified figures are published here as they are signed off.

Challenge
Every competitor says the same four things. The site lists services without explaining who each one is for, what happens next, or why this firm. Visitors read, fail to place themselves, and leave.
Project goals
- Help visitors recognise themselves in a service within one page
- Answer process, timescale and next step before anyone has to ask
- Be found for the problems clients type rather than internal service names
- Make it obvious who to contact and what the first conversation involves
Intended outcome
- Visitors can tell quickly whether the firm is for them.
- Enquiries reference the specific service page they came from.
- The site explains the firm's judgement rather than listing disciplines.
Measured results
Figures are published only where they have been measured and the client has approved them. We would rather show none than publish a number we cannot stand behind.

05 — Our approach
Rebuild around the client's question rather than the firm's org chart. Each service page answers who it is for, what the process looks like, what engaging involves and what the first conversation covers.
Design decisions
- A calm editorial layout using real people rather than stock photography
- Named contacts placed at the decision point instead of the footer
- Typography and spacing that make long explanatory copy readable
Development
- A page template that keeps every service consistent as new ones are added
- Accessible forms and clear confirmation states
- Fast, lightweight pages that hold up on mobile connections
SEO and marketing work
- Search work targeting the problems clients describe, not service labels
- Articles that answer pre-enquiry questions properly
- Internal linking between articles and the services they support
06 — Before / after
What actually changed.
Before
Services described in the firm's internal language.
After
Services described as the problems clients arrive with.
Before
No indication of process, cost or timescale.
After
What happens next set out plainly on every service page.
Your digital presence should reflect the business you are building.
Tell us where you are now and where you want to go. We'll work out what needs to change.
