Everything between being found and being chosen.
Most businesses come to us with one of these problems. We fix the whole journey rather than one part of it.
- Your website looks outdated against the quality of the business behind it.
- Customers cannot quickly understand what makes you different.
- People visit, read, and never enquire.
- Your marketing sends traffic to pages that do not convert.
- Website and marketing are managed separately, with no strategy connecting them.
- Your competitors simply look more credible online.
Professional websites designed to build trust, explain your offer clearly and turn visitors into enquiries.
- The problem
- A site that looks dated, loads slowly or leaves people unsure what you do.
- What you get
- A fast, mobile-friendly website with clear pages, easy contact and simple content updates.
- Why it pays
- More of the people who already visit you get in touch instead of leaving.
Improve your visibility on Google so more potential customers can find your business.
- The problem
- Being invisible when people search for what you sell, in the area you serve.
- What you get
- Pages built around what customers search for, a tidy Google Business listing and monthly reporting.
- Why it pays
- Enquiries that keep arriving without paying for every click.
Targeted campaigns designed to attract the right audience and generate measurable opportunities.
- The problem
- Advertising budget spent with no clear idea of how many enquiries it produced.
- What you get
- Google and Facebook campaigns, the pages people land on, and tracking that counts real enquiries.
- Why it pays
- You can see the cost of each enquiry and decide with confidence whether to spend more.
Regular, professional posts that keep your business visible and familiar to local customers.
- The problem
- Accounts that sit empty, or posting that takes time and brings nothing back.
- What you get
- A monthly content plan, posts written and designed for you, and simple performance updates.
- Why it pays
- People buy from businesses they recognise, and recognition is built by showing up consistently.
Words, photos and video that explain what you do and make people confident choosing you.
- The problem
- Pages and posts that say too little, or say it in a way customers do not understand.
- What you get
- Website copy, photography, video and advertising creative written in plain language.
- Why it pays
- Clear content shortens the decision and reduces the questions before someone buys.
A clear plan for what to fix first, so you stop guessing where your money should go.
- The problem
- Spending on marketing without knowing what is working or what to do next.
- What you get
- A review of your website, competitors and enquiries, plus a prioritised action plan.
- Why it pays
- Effort goes into the changes that bring in customers, not the ones that feel busy.

Project profiles
Work that has to perform, not just look good.
Project profiles below show the kind of work we do and how we approach it. Client names, screenshots and results are published only once they are approved and verified.

Property & Construction
Property & construction build
The challenge
The business is credible in person and invisible online. The site was built years ago, shows a handful of low-resolution photographs and says nothing about scale, accreditation or the kind of project the company actually wants. Enquiries arrive from people who are the wrong fit.
What we change
Decide which work the business wants more of, then build the whole journey around it: the sectors it serves, the projects it shows, the way capability and compliance are evidenced, and the search terms buyers and specifiers actually use.

Professional Services
Professional services redesign
The challenge
Every competitor says the same four things. The site lists services without explaining who each one is for, what happens next, or why this firm. Visitors read, fail to place themselves, and leave.
What we change
Rebuild around the client's question rather than the firm's org chart. Each service page answers who it is for, what the process looks like, what it typically costs to engage, and what the first conversation involves.

Architecture & Design
Design-led brand website
The challenge
Beautiful work presented in a template. Images compressed to the point of damage, slow pages, and no route from admiring the work to starting a conversation.
What we change
Treat the project library as the product: fast, large imagery, careful sequencing, and an enquiry path that feels like the natural end of looking rather than an interruption.

View project03Why choose us
Why one team matters
One team for the whole customer journey.
No handing the website to one company and the marketing to another, with neither accountable for the result.
Design with a commercial purpose
We care how something looks, but also what the visitor does next.
Development without shortcuts
Fast, responsive websites designed properly from the beginning.
Marketing connected to the website
Traffic and conversion should be part of one strategy, not two invoices.
Decisions backed by data
We measure what happens after launch and improve what matters.

05Proof
How we evidence the work
We would rather show evidence than adjectives.
We do not publish borrowed logos, invented awards or numbers we cannot stand behind. Client names and testimonials appear here only once those clients have approved them.
Shown, not claimed
Every project profile explains the problem, the approach and what changed — so you can judge the thinking.
Measured after launch
Analytics, search visibility and enquiries are tracked, so progress is reported rather than assumed.
Named clients on approval
We ask permission before publishing a client's name, site or results. Until then, profiles stay anonymous.
Work you can inspect
Ask for a walkthrough of a live build and we will show the real thing, not a polished mock-up.

06The people
Who you actually work with
A small team, working directly with you.
SB Digital Enhancements is deliberately small. The people who plan your project are the people who design, build and market it — there is no account layer between you and the work.
You get straight answers, plain language instead of jargon, and someone who knows your business rather than just your ticket number.
More about how we workYou speak to the people doing the work
Strategy, design, build and marketing sit with the same small team from start to finish.
Clear communication
Regular updates in plain English, with decisions explained before they are made.
A long-term relationship
Most of our work continues after launch, improving what the numbers say needs improving.

Pricing · Timelines · Scope
The things businesses ask us first.
It depends on complexity, functionality and what the site has to achieve. A focused brochure site for a small professional firm is a very different piece of work to an ecommerce platform or a site with booking, portals or integrations. We scope every project individually: we look at the number of pages, whether copy and photography exist, what needs building rather than configuring, and what the commercial objective is. You get a fixed scope and a fixed price before anything starts, not an hourly meter.
A straightforward site can be planned, designed, built and launched in a matter of weeks. Larger projects take longer, and the delay is rarely the development — it is usually content, approvals and decisions. We agree a schedule at the planning stage, tell you exactly what we need from you and when, and keep the build moving in stages you can see rather than disappearing for two months.
Yes, and a redesign is usually more than a new coat of paint. We look at why the current site underperforms: the structure, the order information is presented in, the clarity of the messaging, page speed, technical SEO and where people drop out. Then we rebuild around that. Where existing rankings and content are valuable, we protect them with proper redirects and migration planning rather than starting from zero.
Yes. SEO should influence the structure of a website from the first sketch — page hierarchy, URLs, internal linking, how services are split, how fast the site loads and how content is written. Adding SEO after launch means retrofitting decisions that were already made badly. We work on technical SEO, local SEO, on-page optimisation and content strategy, and report on what is actually changing in search.
Yes. We run Google and Meta campaigns, and we connect them to the pages people land on, the tracking behind them and the enquiries they produce. That link matters: most underperforming ad accounts are not an ad problem, they are a landing-page and measurement problem. We would rather manage both sides than optimise a campaign that sends people somewhere that cannot convert them.
Yes. After launch we can handle hosting and maintenance, incremental improvements to pages that underperform, SEO and content work, campaign management and reporting. How involved that is depends on you — some clients want a monthly programme of work, others want us available when something needs changing.
Yes. We work remotely with businesses wherever they are based, with calls at the points where they add value and clear written updates in between. Local SEO for a specific town or region is something we can run from anywhere; we do not need to be on your doorstep to understand your market.
Yes — that is the reason SB Digital Enhancements exists. Strategy, design, development, SEO, paid advertising, social and content can be run as one connected system with one team accountable for the result. You do not have to brief four suppliers, translate between them, or work out whose fault it is when enquiries do not arrive.
Your digital presence should reflect the business you are building.
Tell us where you are now and where you want to go. We'll work out what needs to change.
